TO:  ALL ALUMNI OF SAN JOSE SEMINARY
RE:  ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

Dear Rev. Monsignori/ Fathers/Brother Josefinos:

Greetings of Peace!

As agreed upon in the general meeting of last year’s homecoming, each alumnus will pay a membership pledge of at least P500 yearly starting this year, whether or not he attends the homecoming. The membership pledge will be used to fund and improve the operations of our Alumni Office.

We believe that our alumni are most willing to pay the P500 annual membership pledge aside from the homecoming participation fee and the contributions to the Angel System. However, our problem has always been how to collect these contributions. To facilitate collection, may we inform you of different ways by which your payment, specifically the membership fee, can reach the Alumni Association Office:

A. Via Over-the-counter Transaction. You can deposit your payment to the following account numbers over-the-counter:

1) BPI  San Jose Seminary Alumni Association (Peso Current) 3081-1103-19
2) BPI  San Jose Seminary Alumni Association (Peso Savings) 3083-6026-93

For accounting purposes, please send the Office of the Alumni Treasurer a copy of your deposit slip via fax to (02) 4265936 or mail it to the same to:

      San Jose Seminary Alumni Association
      San Jose Seminary
P.O. Box 237 UP Post Office
      1144 Quezon City, Philippines

B. Via Transfer of Funds. Those of you who have BPI (Bank of the Philippine Island) accounts and have more access to telecommunication facilities can use either of three inexpensive and convenient channels: the email, the cellphone/mobile, or the telephone.
